Private coaching

This work is for those who sense that something deeper is ready to change.

You may be successful, capable, and self-aware — yet find yourself repeating patterns in relationships, with food, or in how you move through life. You may understand why things happen, but something underneath hasn’t truly shifted.

This is not surface-level coaching or symptom management. Women come to this work for many reasons — to gain clarity, build confidence, navigate life transitions, improve relationships, reconnect with purpose, or shift long-standing patterns in mindset and behavior.

Through this work, these patterns shift in a way that is grounded, natural, and sustainable over time.

As this work unfolds, clients often begin to experience:

  • clearer decision-making and greater self-trust
  • more confidence in relationships and communication
  • freedom from patterns that once felt automatic
  • a deeper sense of calm, steadiness, and emotional resilience

This is an intentional process that brings awareness to the deeper patterns shaping your choices, relationships, and sense of self. We work with the whole of you — body, emotions, mindset, behavior, and the beliefs that influence your experience.

How We Work Together

I work through a combination of transformational coaching and hypnotherapy, guided by what will create meaningful, sustainable change for you. The process is thoughtful, paced, and grounded — without overwhelm or performance.

We work together over three or more months, allowing time for insight, integration, and real change to take hold. The work is guided rather than formulaic, and responsive to what is actually happening for you.

Some sessions include hypnotherapy, while others are entirely coaching-based. If you prefer not to use hypnotherapy, the coaching process is fully effective on its own.

When used, hypnotherapy supports deeper awareness and helps shift patterns that are difficult to access through conscious effort alone.

Working Rhythm

All of my work includes space for integration.

Transformation doesn’t happen through constant pushing — it happens through focused attention followed by rest and reflection. This rhythm allows the work to land more deeply and supports both clarity and sustainability.
