Hi! I’m Teri Conn.

Embarking on a mission to revolutionize weight loss for women over 50, my journey is rooted in both personal experience and extensive training.

Recently, I held a 4-week group program on Zoom demonstrating the power of my method, which is a combination of hypnosis and coaching. The participants achieved an average weight loss of 11 pounds. However, ‘The Self-Love Weight Loss Method’ is not merely about losing weight; it’s about making an irreversible shift in your relationship to yourself and learning to love who you are right now, including your body.
